The world has always been in balance, law and chaos were two opposite sides of the same coin. However, this balance has been seriously disturbed. Rumors speak that Telora, goddess of balance, is no more. Without her to enforce the order the balance has shift, and the world has become much more chaotic.
This is where you come in. Lord Sentario, a powerful Paladin and a member of the Order of the Sacred Blade, had a vision that he claims was sent by Lady Telora herself. This vision has lead him to petition the aid from most powerful churches of the realm. Those who answered sent their own champions to assist Lord Sentario. At least that was what you were told, the truth is your church probably just wanted to get rid of you, and you couldn't really object. And now, after a long journey, you are starting to wish you at least tried to say no. Still, since Lord Sentario is your superior, you should at least try to be nice to him.
