Dark Chaos Shuffle and Feat Prerequisites

Let's say you use Shun the Dark Chaos to ditch an Abyssal Heritor feat you took at level 1. Let's also say that first level was Warblade. At level 10, you picked up a level of Wizard. You then are the target of Shun the Dark Chaos, and are replacing your level 1 feat. Can you replace it with Precocious Apprentice or Practiced Spellcaster?

Shun the Dark Chaos says the replacement feat must be one "for which the subject qualifies," which is present tense. Can you thus get a feat for which you qualify now, even if you couldn't have qualified for it when you initially spent the slot?
