good races to kill a dragon

i need to good race or creature that can kill a dragon?

Like another monster that could kill a dragon? Or a PC race that would make a good dragon hunter character?

The "Tour de Abyss." You race down to Tiamat's layer of hell, kill one of her spawn, and the first back up gets a prize.

Dragonborn are sort of made for it. They get bonuses against dragons, because Bahamut created them for the purpose of killing evil dragons. But you must not kill good dragons. Also if you choose the Heart aspect, you can choose what breath weapon to use to be more damaging to them.

Apart from that, I'm pretty sure that no racial features that any race has are strong enough to actually tip the scales against a dragon. You're not going to be relying on an Dwarf's racial stability when a dragon bull rushes you, or a Halfling's luck bonus to saves to dodge that breath weapon.
