Best and worst art

What are some of your favorite pieces of artwork in any 3e published material? Who are your favorite artists? What pieces do you particularly dislike?

I like Lidda's art in the player's handbook, because it's Lidda. The worst iconic character I remember is the crusader from Tome of Battle. I can't get what's wrong with her, but she's just... off.

There's a bunch of real stinkers in a thread a few months back (link's here (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=278651), but please don't thread necro). For my money, the worst is the Tiefling in Races of Destiny.
