A simple question.

Shadow Evocation mimics wizard/sorcerer evocation spells below 5th level. There are prestige classes and feats that require you to be able to cast certain spells or even just certain types of spells. My question is, -could- shadow evocation be used to meet prerequisites?

I think it could. Even better Complete Mage has a magic item that lets you convert illusion spells(Silent Image, etc) to lesser/Normal Shadow Evocation/Conj.
