Multiple ranged disarm attempts

Say an archer is firing off 6 arrows a round and has ranged disarm. Assuming each hits does each one have a chance to disarm the target?

Yes assuming that the weapon can be disarmed. Note that you won't be able to benefit from the improved disarm feat this way while the defender can if they have it. Do arrows count as light weapons when doing this?
