Is there a guide or handbook out there that lists all of the PF "class stacking" feats?

For example:

Shapeshifting Hunter
You blend your knowledge of foes and your shapeshifting abilities together.
Prerequisite: Favored enemy class feature, wild shape class feature.

Benefit: Your levels of druid stack with your ranger levels for determining when you select your next favored enemy. Also, your ranger levels stack with your druid levels in determining the number of times per day you can use your wild shape class feature, up to a maximum of eight times per day.

I don't know of a list, but why not start one?

Off the top of my head, I also know of monastic legacy (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/monastic-legacy-combat) and horse master. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/combat-feats/horse-master-combat)

Didn't even know Pathfinder had feats like those, since it's kind of anti-multiclass (well, pro-singleclass) per design.

Found Channeling Scourge (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/channeling-scourge) (Inquisitor stacks with Cleric for Channeing) but that's it in General Feats. Maybe some PrCs?

Hey look! It's that garararrrg guy!
Here's a good list (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?p=12613046#post12613046), not sure just how complete it is, but it's a good start.
