How would you remake the Fifth Element?

This was shown about a week or so ago and it got me wondering how to handle the premise of this movie in a rpg game.

I was thinking Traveller but it doesn't necessarily need to be science fiction only, so how would you handle the premise of this movie in your favourite game system?

Pretty easy to recreate the movie with Saga. Technically don't even need the Jedi class to do it. Some of the existing Saga alien species could sub in fine.
