Order of the Seal says a Cavaliers charge is a specific place item or idea.

All I've got so far is the artifact beneath the streets that keeps the flying city in the air, or the secret to how warforged are actually made.

Any ideas?

Silly: Your order alone knows the secret to the Pun-Pun build and from it, all character optimization. In order to protect that knowledge, you must act to guard against all opportunities for optimization knowledge to spread, particularly as they pertain to kobolds, Pazuzu, etc.
