The Spell Specialist
There are wizards who spend their lives studying the potential of a whole school of magic. There are sorcerers who specialize in applying a wide variety of metamagic effects to all of their spells. Yet there also exist even more focused casters, who instead of a whole school or concept, concentrate solely on a single spell, the spell specialist.
Requirements:
To qualify to become a Spell Specialist, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria.
Skills: 8 ranks in Knowledge (Arcana) and Spellcraft
Feats: Arcane Thesis, Spell Focus (School of signature spell), any 2 metamagic feats, and Signature Spell.
Spells: Ability to cast arcane spells of at least second level.
Special: The spell specialist must be a specialist of the school which contains the focus spell.

Class Skills: The Spell Specialist class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Decipher Script (Int), Knowledge (all skills, taken individually) (Int), Profession (Wis), and Spellcraft (Int).
Skill Points at Each Level: 2 + Int modifier.
Class Features:
All of the following are class features of the Spell Specialist prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency: Spell Specialists gain no additional proficiency in any weapon or armor.
Spells Per Day: At each level of the spell specialist class, they advance in a previous spellcasting class.
Focused Spell (Ex): The spell specialist selects one spell that they have selected arcane thesis for. This is their focused spell which all of their class features affect.
Permanent Metamagic (Ex): At levels one and three the spell specialist may permanently add a metamagic feat worth a +1 adjustment to his focused spell. At level five, they may add any number of metamagic worth up to a total of +2 adjustment. The cost of these metamagic feats is calculated before any other adjustments, but they are applied for free. For example, an Incantatrix 10/ Spell Specialist 1 could apply Enlarge Spell, but not Fell Drain. However a Spell Specialist 5 could apply either Fell Drain or Still and Silent Spell. The spell specialist need not have the metamagic feats added by this ability.
Caster Level Boost (Ex): At level 2 the caster level of the spell specialist increases by 1 when casting their focused spell. At level 4 this bonus increases to +2.
Save DC Boost (Ex): At level 2 the Save DC of the spell specialist's focused spell increases by 1. At level 4 it increases again to a total of +2.
So I made a small and simple prestige class. It should be about +1 in tier, stronger than a default wizard, but not as good as for example, an Incantatrix.
