I'm looking for a good Webcomic
It has to be funny and about D&D, preferably simple like Oots,
thanks...

hahaha, wishful thinking on your part.

There is no webcomic like The order of the Stick anywhere.

You might want to try Goblins though. http://goblinscomic.com/d/20050626.html

Or, if you just want a good, funny comic, try Casey and Andy http://www.galactanet.com/comic/1.htm

But really, if you were hoping for something that's "like the order of the stick, only you haven't read it all" then you're out of luck.

8-Bit theater is in a fantasy setting and features dysfunctional adventurers. imagine a malevolent version of Elan, Haley and Vaarsuvius running around with a Magical Belkar to get the general idea.

8-Bit Theatre (http://www.nuklearpower.com/daily.php?date=010302)

Dominic Deegan: Oracle for Hire (http://www.dominic-deegan.com/view.php?date=2002-05-21)

Girl Genius (http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/cgi-bin/gg101.cgi?date=20050221)

Dungeon Crawl Inc. (http://www.dungeoncrawlinc.com/comic1.html) (Starts off with sprites, becomes hand drawn.)

Full Frontal Nerdity (http://nodwick.humor.gamespy.com/ffn/index.php?date=2001-11-29)

Nodwick (http://nodwick.humor.gamespy.com/gamespyarchive/index.php?date=2001-03-27)

Questionable Content (http://questionablecontent.net/view.php?comic=1) Note: Not about roleplaying, but still funny. The art improves markedly.

CATS! (http://nodwick.humor.gamespy.com/cats/cats.htm) Not a comic, but awesome.

Have you tried DNDorks? (http://dndorks.com/)

How about Mind Flayed?

It's a comic about a lone Mind Flayer with horrible luck somehow seperated from the Underdark and (unfortunately) meets up with a Male axe-happy Elf, a Halfling, a Half-Orc Druid and a kindly old Lich. Essentially the main characters are more or less counterstereotypes to most portrayals (though the Mind Flayer is still portrayed as a Brain-Sucking Fiend).

Darken is good, if you like evil.

Dungeon Crawl Inc. is hilarious.

If you're saying that Fighter is a malevolent version of Elan, then I somewhat disagree...:smallamused:

Fighter isn't really bad. He's just surrounded by bad people, one of whom he sees as his best friend in the world (sounds familiar?).

Hell, I guess in some ways Black Mage is a mix between Belkar (evil and fond of stabbing), Vaarsuvius (immense magical prowess) and Roy (often getting pissed off/screwed over by people around him).

I went out and read that, and it was hilarious! Thanks for the tip!

Black Mage is Belkar and V
Red Mage is Nale and Elan
Fighter is Elan and Miko
Thief is Haley and the lawyers

Anywya if you like oots you'll probably love 8 bit theatre, at least I did. Best webcomic ever.

Goblins is definitely my vote. Different art style, a bit more complex.

With the new year, I've started my own weekly Web comic about a liontaur character in a D&D campaign. Very much inspired by OOTS.

Enjoy! Feedback *very* welcome!

Schlock Mercenary. Think OOTS but in space. If you dont like it at the start it gets way funnier. Its also updated everyday.

Yeah, there are even a group of D&D-style adventurers (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Characters_of_8-Bit_Theater#The_Other_Warriors) in there.

Yeah I'm throwing another vote for 8Bit. You've got badly named mind flayers, an ongoing Drizz't parody, Onion Kid who makes you envy the flumphs, a vampire goth and a lovable underdog in Garland among a lot more which I won't say for spoilers.

Essentially it's OoTs but with far more evil.

Most important thing to mention however is Red Mage, who believes he is a DnD game and can alter himself completely by surreptitiously editing his character sheet(change classes, give him or even invent skills on the fly). Oh and Sword-chucks yo!

http://www.irregularwebcomic.net/archive.html has a DnD plotline to it, as well as a space RPG plotline. Just go to "view by theme" and go to the fantasy theme.

Hmm there is http://errantstory.com/ It have a good mixture of sarcasm and humour, mind you the contents and language are probably aimed at a somewhat older group than OOTS
