So, manifesting astral construct from 1st to 3rd level allow me to choose one special ability from menu A. When manifesting astral construct of 4th - 6th levels, i choose only one option from B or one from B and still one from A ?
One more question, not about astral construct. Is there any way to manifest powers without visual displays.
When creating an astral construct of 4th to 6th level, it can have one ability from the B list or two abilities from the A list.
A 7th level construct can have one ability from the C list, or two abilities form the B list. (Or one from the B list and two from the A list, or four from the A list.)

To manifest a power without a display, you make a DC 15 + Power level Concentration check. Succeed, and you manifest it without the displays. Fail, and it still manifests with the displays.

Don't forget Boost Construct (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/psionic/psionicFeats.htm#boostConstruct), which gives you an additional menu ability up to its highest level. So an AC4 with Boost Construct can have 2 B's, a B and 2 A's, or 3 A's.

And throw on Constructor (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20040625b) for even more abilities!
