Bonus Spells - Where are the rules? (SRD)

Hi everyone. I feel like an idiot to have to come here and ask this, but I'm having trouble finding the chart that tells you how to calculate your bonus spells per day. I know how it works, generally, I just can't find the specific rules. I pored through all the rules about magic, but I have no idea where it is. Anyone else know?

Look under Basics->Ability scores. There's a chart on the right.

In the PHB, I believe it's right in the beginning with ability scores.
