"Sooo...you gonna say anything back?"

[Kyrian]

I'm actually wondering the same thing. Kyrian turns back to Hawkeye. 'Lo, Hawkeye.

[Wukei]

Wukei leans against the wall, almost to spite the clothing she wears, watching Kyrian, quietly.

[Hawkeye]

"I thought you said in your letter that you quit?"

[Kyrian]

Then you thought correctly.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye sighs and flops down in a seat "Then why are you here?"

[Kyrian]

I'm not sure yet.

[Wukei]

Wukei sighs, Cut the bullshock. You come in here, helping Loki wreck the place, and then you quit without a real word. Either let it out or leave.

[Hawkeye]

"Please don't stand there like a stone statue Kyrian, I've had enough of that with Loki a short time ago" he runs a hand through his red hair

[Kyrian]

Let what out?

[Wukei]

Wukei turns back toward the stairs. I don't have to be here to listen to you be wishy-washy.

[Kyrian]

Oh, I'm sorry, is this the part where I'm supposed to tear up and tell you guys how much I need you both, and beg for you two to take me back?

[Hawkeye]

"No, this is the point where you say what you feel"

[Wukei]

Wukei looks back to him, her eyes narrowing. No, it's where you tell us why the shock you quit in the first place. But apparently you don't even have an excuse for that, so I'm going.

[Kyrian]

What I feel? I feel hurt that no matter what I do for you two, you always are pushing me away.

[Wukei]

Wukei raises an eyebrow. I didn't realize we were either pushing or pulling...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye narrows his eyes "I don't feel like we've had the opportunity to push anyone away because we've been fighting off death and been dead for the last week or so."

[Kyrian]

Yea, well you have.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye growls "Oh, I'm sorry we didn't drop everything and get off our death bed to say how much we needed you every 5 seconds in the past week "

[Wukei]

Wukei sneers, How can we push you away when we hardly see you anymore because you're off with your fifteenth girlfriend?

[Kyrian]

This is what I mean...the fact that I can't even attempt to have a civilized conversation with either of you, without sneering and yelling and scowling and glaring.

[Lykan]

Somebody knocks on the door softly

[Wukei]

Wukei scowls, What do you mean civilized? Where you started growling when I tried to leave because you didn't want to talk? Wukei lifts the skirt of her dress and walks over, ripping open the door. Yes?

[Graklok]

Graklok runs by the open door screaming in the background.

"AAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!!"

[Lykan]

Demetrius shrinks slightly away from Wukei. He seems to be holding a small basket filled with magic ligihts in gems

Bad time?

((Graklok owes me for monitor cleaning fees. Stupid root beer!))

[Wukei]

Wukei shakes her head. No...of course not... She peeks out of the door, trying to figure out why Graklok was screaming.

[Lykan]

Demetrius hands her the basket, and takes a deep breath

My apologies to everyone at this fine establishment... Especially Hawkeye. I didn't mean to intrude, and it will be seen that you won't have to deal with me again.

[Wukei]

Wukei tenses. I...uh...wouldn't go so far as to say we don't want to see you again...

[Lykan]

Demetrius frowns

I almost died the last time I came here. I don't want to start any trouble.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian takes a seat at the new desk and waits.

[Wukei]

Wukei looks back to Hawkeye.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye looks over at Kyrian, tiredly "What? Do you expect me to add anything else?"

[Kyrian]

I'm not sure.

[Wukei]

Wukei turns back to Demetrius and smiles sadly. Perhaps you can come back later, yes?

[Hawkeye]

"Oh make up your own goddamned mind! We're not going to do it for you"

[Lykan]

Demetrius looks at the ground

Okay, miss Wukei.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian leans back and puts his hands behind his head. The 27th.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye raises an eyebrow "What?"

[Kyrian]

The wedding. I'd told you I'd tell you both when I knew. Well, I know. It's the 27th.

[Hawkeye]

"Is that all that you've come to tell us? A date?"

[Kyrian]

No. I came to try and work everything out.

[Wukei]

Wukei kisses Demetrius on the cheek and sends him away. She then looks back at Kyrian. I wonder...are the other girlfriends invited?

[Kyrian]

Kyrian shrugs. I'm not personally inviting them, but if they wish to go...then that's their call.

[Hawkeye]

"Your not trying hard enough if you can't even decide what you're going to say Kyrian"

[Kyrian]

Oh...and I found my parents.

[Wukei]

Wukei shrugs, lifting her skirt and walking over to her desk. So that's why you've been avoiding us.

[Kyrian]

Yes, I have been spending time with them some...it is kinda different when you've known someone for a year and they turn out to actually be your father.

[Wukei]

Wukei frowns, Great...looks like you don't need a false family anymore...

[Hawkeye]

"Oh, in all that time that we didn't see you we were still pushing you away...I've had enough of this." Hawkeye gets up heading for the stairs

[Kyrian]

No...I still need you guys.

[Wukei]

Wukei scowls, You have a funny way of showing it.

[Kyrian]

Shouldn't you expect funny ways of showing affection from me by now?

[Hawkeye]

"That's not what you put in the letter Kyrian. You change your mind quicker than you change your girlfriends." Hawkeye walks upstairs

[Kyrian]

Kyrian cringes at Hawkeye's words, but says nothing.

[Wukei]

Wukei frowns at Kyrian. How many times must we forgive you for getting mad at us for no reason? You said you'd change...words are hollow, so I gave you a chance to show it. You failed.

[Kyrian]

I did fail. I was so mad at not being able to tell you I found Jaspero and Alarra, and I let my anger decide my actions.

[Wukei]

Wukei stops and coughs. Scuse me? How the fudge are they your parents? I don't see any tails and crazy anime powers from either.

[Kyrian]

Explain that one to my memories. They're all back, and according to plot, they're my parents.

[Wukei]

Wukei rolls her eyes and shakes her head.

[Kyrian]

Though my words may be hollow, and my actions cause me to fail....I've enjoyed the family I had...

Kyrian stands up and walks towards the door, looking back at Wukei.

[Wukei]

Wukei frowns at him. Prove it...you've yet to do so.

[Kyrian]

Prove it?

Kyrian walks back over to Wukei and kisses her cheek.

I love you...sis.

[Wukei]

Wukei blinks, looking at him, shocked.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian leans against the nearest desk, just watching her reaction.

[Wukei]

Wukei frowns. Never do that again. Don't let the dress fool you, I am the least girlie woman you'll ever meet.

[Kyrian]

The thought never crossed my mind. I would have just tried a hug...but I'm afraid I don't know how your injuries are doing.

[Wukei]

Wukei shakes her head. Completely healed when I was brought back to life. And apparently magic can touch me again.

[Kyrian]

I'll make note of that...in case you need it, and if Hawkeye's powers don't include healing.

[Wukei]

She smiles, If a god can't heal you, then who can...

[Kyrian]

Another one? Kyrian says as a small smile reaches his lips.

[Wukei]

Loki gave up his powers...

[Kyrian]

I felt it all....and I'm sorry...

[Wukei]

Wukei looks away avoiding eye-contact and laughs, though it seems hollow, Why should I care? He was an ass....

[Kyrian]

Because, you're you. You do care. I'm an ass...but if...

Kyrian stops, and reaches out to lay a hand on Wukei's shoulder.

[Wukei]

Wukei doesn't pull away, but doesn't look at him.

[Kyrian]

I'm here for you....for you both.

[Wukei]

She smiles. Thanks...

[Kyrian]

You're welcome, sis.

Kyrian gives her a quick hug.

[Hawkeye]

Wukei frowns and looks to the stairs "I'd better go and check on Hawkeye..." she moves to the stairs not looking at Kyrian "I'll see you around later" heading up the stairs

[Kyrian]

Kyrian sighs and sits down at the desk he'd summoned earlier, as he thinks of his next step.

[Wukei]

Wukei sneaks downstairs. On her desk lays an envelope, her name scrawled in very quick handwriting as if the writer couldn't sit still long enough to write everything. She frowns slightly and opens the envelope, pulling out the letter inside and unfolding it. She reads it slowly.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye comes down the stairs yawning. He flops down in his chair at his desk.

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles up at him. Hey there, cutie. Sleep well?

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles back "For the part you let me get beautiful"

[Wukei]

Wukei grins and folds the letter back up, stuffing it back into it's envelope. She slips it into her desk drawer and then stands, stepping over to Hawkeye's desk and sitting on top of it, resting a bare foot on his leg. So... She looks over at the sleeping Kyrian (probably avatar.) What should we do about him?

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye sighs contentedly and starts massaging Wukei's foot "I don't know...I can't understand him anymore. Although I could barely read him when I first knew him"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles and leans back, closing her eyes contentedly. True that. I swear he's like a woman...and I've never been able to read women. That's why I had a fully male crew. She grins.

[Hawkeye]

"Heh, and women expect the male population to understand them." Hawkeye raises an eyebrow at Wukei "Though I doubt that was the only reason..."

[Wukei]

Wukei blinks. I have no idea what you're talking about. It's just a proven fact that men work harder, can do more, and are better hands on a ship.

[Hawkeye]

"Oh, I must of thought of wrong then...ignore the stupid fighter somtimes" he continues to massage with one hand and traces a couple of fingers slowly up and Wukei's leg

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles slyly, Are you jealous?

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles "A little..."

[Wukei]

Wukei grins, Well...you know....I just got a letter from one of the crew members saying he's come to visit. And he is VERY cute...

[Hawkeye]

"humph" Hawkeye folds his arms and looks away slightly

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, His boyfriend thinks so, too.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye coughs suddenly several times and looks at Wukei "Are you saying...?"

[Wukei]

Wukei nods. He's very very hyper. But sweet. The only time he hit on me was when someone bet him to do so. And he quickly stopped when he realized that hitting on the captain wasn't the wisest course of action if you want to keep your pretty face.

[Hawkeye]

"Hmm...I think I was very lucky to keep mine then..."

[Wukei]

Wukei chuckles, Well, you weren't one of my crew members, now were you. Oh, and careful when he shows up. He's not talking about a ship when he asks people to be his 'first mate.'

[Hawkeye]

"I'll keep that in mind then Wu..." he starts massaging Wukei's foot again, leaning back slightly

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, leaning forward and kissing him.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye looks at Wukei and sighs "There's few places I'd rather be then right here like this"

[Wukei]

Wukei pouts. I thought this was a rather nice place to be...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye grins "One of those few places is above us...and I liked one part of your ship as well..."

[Wukei]

Wukei pouts as he mentions the ship. Yea...too bad no parts of the ship exist anymore...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye winces as he let the "S" word out around Wukei "We'll have to fix that soon Wu"

[Wukei]

Wukei nods, sadly. I suppose...so someone else can break my heart again when they blow it up...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye sighs, he leans forwards and kisses Wukei "Sorry for bringing that up..."

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, kissing him. It's all right. I suppose I need to stop whining about it.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye grins "Yeah, you're starting to sound him" he nods towards Kyrian

[Wukei]

Wukei frowns at him and pulls her foot away. Well if that's the way you feel...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye pouts "I was just kidding Wu"

[Wukei]

Wukei sighs. I know...I've just been really tense lately...

[Hawkeye]

"Well I'll have to try to relieve that..." Hawkeye scoots around Wukei on the desk and wraps his (bare) feet around her waist. He begins to massage her shoulders

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, relaxing and closing her eyes.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye leans forward and kisses her on the cheek "That any good?"

[Wukei]

Wukei nods, leaning back into him.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles and kisses her cheek again "Y'know when we get this current mess sorted out we should take another vacation..."

[Wukei]

Wukei nods. I agree...but what mess?

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye shifts uncomfortably "One god has to be stopped before he kills anyone else..."

[Wukei]

Wukei sighs. I was hoping we could avoid that...

She smiles, I really wish I got the chance to thank Loki...even if...well, if Merant kills me...the chances that you'd die have to be slimmer now...being a greater god and all...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye wraps both his arms around Wukei tightly "Hey, no ones going to be killing my pirate girl, ok?"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles. Hey, I'm just looking at the realistic side. I'm mortal, he's a god.

[Hawkeye]

"Well you'll always be a god to me Wu."

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles and kisses him. Thanks but no thanks. I enjoy being mortal.

[Hawkeye]

"Aww...that means I can't worship you any more..."

[Wukei]

Wukei giggles. Ah, I guess I can make a special case just for you...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye grins "Oh thank you Goddess"

[Wukei]

Wukei laughs and kisses him.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles and hugs her tight "I love you Wu"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, I love you, too.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye sighs, puting both arms around Wukei, holding her "I don't want to ever let you go" he puts his head on her shoulder

[Wukei]

Wukei continues to smile. That doesn't sound like a bad eternity...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles "If it did" he kisses her "I must have been doing something wrong"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, returning the kiss.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye picks Wukei up slightly, he shifts, and puts her down on his lap "So what do you want to do today, my worshipfulness?"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles. I don't know...hiding upstairs would be nice...

[Hawkeye]

"Hmm...only if I can "hide" with you..."

[Wukei]

Wukei chuckles and grins. Sure.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye grins back "Well we'd better go before anyone sees us..."

[Wukei]

Wukei nods, scrambling up from where he set her.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye slides off the table and nimbly picks her up

[Wukei]

Wukei grins, wrapping her arms around his neck.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles and kisses her passionately. He carries her towards and up the stairs

[Wukei]

Wukei makes her way downstairs some time later, pulling the letter out again and smiling as she reads it.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye comes downstairs into the office, and wraps both his arms around Wukei's neck loosely.

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles setting the letter down and places her hands lightly on his arms.

[Hawkeye]

"Hi babe, feeling well?"

[Wukei]

Wukei nods. Of course. I've got you.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles "Thank you" he kisses her cheek "for everything"

[Wukei]

She smiles. I should say the same thing.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye gives her a little squeeze "I think you've already thought that Wu"

[Wukei]

Wukei kisses him.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye kisss her back, moves around and sits on her desk "I suppose it's a stupid question asking whether we've had any customers?"

[Wukei]

She chuckles. None. Just the way we like it.

[Hawkeye]

"Gives us more time to ourselves...but we need a few just to keep the money coming in"

[Wukei]

Wukei bites her lip. Uh...yea...we need customers...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye raises an eyebrow at Wukei "Something up?"

[Wukei]

She shakes her head, Nothing.

[Hawkeye]

"Glad to hear it beautiful"

[Wukei]

She smiles and kisses him again. Don't worry about funding so much.

[Hawkeye]

"Heh, you don't want me worrying about your shiney's?"

[Wukei]

Wukei kisses him. Our.

[Hawkeye]

"Oh, unusual talk for a pirate, thought they were very protective of their shiney's"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles. They are also normally married to the sea.

[Hawkeye]

"Righty, I think we need to get you a new boat Wu"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, It would be nice...

[Hawkeye]

"Can you design one?"

[Wukei]

She nods. I still have the designs from the Midgard.

[Hawkeye]

"Well in that case we only have to get the materials and then we can start building it"

[Wukei]

She nods, sighing.

[Hawkeye]

"Is there something wrong?"

[Wukei]

No. She smiles, kissing him.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles back "Good, don't want something to be wrong with my perfect pirate girl"

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles, I'd hardly say I'm perfect.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye grins "Well if I said you wasn't I might have to sleep on the floor"

[Wukei]

Wukei chuckles. Nobody's perfect.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye pouts "Not even me?"

[Wukei]

Wukei shakes her head, grinning.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye continues pouting, he folds his arms and looks at the floor, slightly away from Wukei

Wukei wraps her arms around him. But then...I wouldn't want a paladin...they'd probably skewer me on the spot.

[Hawkeye]

"Well I'm not going to do that...so you rate me higher than a paladin...not much of an achievement so far"

[Wukei]

Wukei laughs. Not all paladins are bad, I suppose. There's Libris.

[Hawkeye]

"She's the only paladin that I like"

[Wukei]

Wukei grins, Yea...but it's gotta mean there's gotta be more like her somewhere in the world.

[Hawkeye]

"Haven't met 'em in the places I've been, and I've been to a lot of places. Even over planes."

[Wukei]

Wukei nods. I know...all the good ones are probably holed up somewhere.

[Lykan]

There's a light knocking on the door

[Hawkeye]

"Probably in the belly of a monster from all the stories I get told how paladins are complete asses" he jumps at the knocking on the door

[Wukei]

Wukei stands and walks to the door, opening it.

[Lykan]

Demetrius stands there, a look of uncertainty on his face

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles at Demetrius. Hey there.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye narrows his eyes and walks to his desk. He flops in his chair and puts his feet on it

[Lykan]

He bites his lip and waves halfheartedly

Hi... Can I come in?

[Wukei]

Wukei looks back at Hawkeye and says very pointedly, Loki. She then looks at Demetrius and smiles, nodding and steps aside for him.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye shrugs, he leans back and closes his eyes

[Lykan]

Demetrius takes a few steps foreward before kneeling on the ground

Please don't hurt me mister... I just want to apologize...

[Hawkeye]

"Err..." he looks down at Demetrius "Oh get up. I don't like people to be on th floor when they shouldn't be"

[Lykan]

Demetrius bites his lip and stands sheepishly. He looks at the ground

Sorry, mister...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye raises an eyebrow at Demetrius "Well, what did you come here to say?"

[Lykan]

He looks up again, clearly quite nervous

I-.. Uh... I just wanted to apologize for invading on your personal property after you asked me to leave... So... I'm sorry...

He looks down again, biting his lip

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye nods "Accepted. Now..." he smiles faintly "I want to apologize for attacking you in that same instance."

[Lykan]

Demetrius sighs

It's alright... I'm alive still...

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles "Good, just keep it that way Demetrius."

[Lykan]

He looks up and smiles slightly

Okay.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye nods "Excellent." he stands up "If you need a bed I think there's some in the back Demetrius." he turns to Wukei "Now I'm off to try to find a friend...if that's ok with you"

[Wukei]

Wukei nods and yawns, walking back over to her own desk and relaxes in her chair.

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye smiles, he walks quickly over to Wukei and ruffles her hair before heading towards the door

[Wukei]

Wukei blinks but says nothing.

[Lykan]

Demetrius bites his lip, unsure of what to do

Umm... So... Has anything interesting been happening lately?

[Hawkeye]

Hawkeye looks over his shoulder "See you later Wu" he leaves the agency

[Wukei]

Wukei shakes her head. Nothing I want to mention.

[Lykan]

Oh. Okay.

He looks at the ground, trying to think of a topic for conversation

[Wukei]

Wukei smiles. Sorry...I've been rather reclusive lately.

[Lykan]

Demetrius smiles

Don't worry, I'm used to it... I've lived with someone like that my entire life...

[Wukei]

Wukei chuckles. Well, I suppose some people have to be introverts...otherwise, who would all the extroverts have to drag out of hiding?

[Lykan]

He smiles slightly, chuckling

Trying to drag her out of hiding is like dragging a two ton block up a hill...

Demetrius holds up a rather unmuscular looking arm

As you can see, I would require some sort of help.

Wukei chuckles and yawns again.

Demetrius bites his lip

Wukei smiles, Well, it has felt like a rather long day...

Demetrius nods

Wukei smiles. Thanks kid...don't see why Hawkeye killed you, you're pretty cool.

Maybe it's in my blood.

Wukei chuckles. Must come from your dad's side, then. Hawkeye and I are both heartless.

I wouldn't say that... You both seem like pretty nice people when not under demonic or godly influence.

[Wukei]

Wukei laughs. Yea...sure...you know he has a 'that time of the month?' I think it's because people are confused as to when mine is.

[Lykan]

Demetrius bites his lip

Wukei laughs. Sorry. Pirate. We don't know when words need to stop being said.

Heh... Dad tells me I'm related to two of them, though I never really got know either one... So I wouldn't really know.

Wukei scratches her head. Two?

He nods

Kyrian (and it's actually him) wakes up.

Wurmwreath's on an isthmus... Lot's of ocean to prey on ships from.

He looks over at Kyrian and moves over to a wall

Wukei follows his gaze to Kyrian.

Kyrian gives Wukei a weak smile.

Demetrius bites his lip and looks at the ground

Wukei sighs, looking between the two. She then yawns unexpectedly.

Sorry I stayed here, sis...

Wukei shrugs. It didn't put me out of anything...

Demetrius coughs, looking around the room for something to do.

[Kyrian]

Kyrian stands and heads for the door.

[Wukei]

Wukei waves to Kyrian. Well, we'll see you later, then.

Hawkeye enters yawning. He walks across and sits on Wukei's desk, looking at her.
