I have a few, but was wondering if there were any feats, feat chains, flaws, domains or other options that could grant it.

Half-Orc Paragon (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/races/racialParagonClasses.htm#halfOrcParagon) gets it.

There's a spell by the same name (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/rage.htm). There's also Enrage Animal in Spell Compendium, but it can only target animals.

The Wolverine's Rage feat in Complete Divine allows you to spend a Wild Shape use to activate a 5-round rage.

Whirling Frenzy (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/classFeatureVariants.htm#rageVariantWhirlingFrenzy ) is better.

Might also want to count the "rage likes", for example the Mokoto Avenger I believe, and the Sohei out of OA. I believe they count as rage for prereqs. So you can Sohei into something like Frenzied Berserker or the ilk of you wanted to.

For now I am going with ones that are augmentable by feats. I'm not sure if the rage spell counts though. Passion domain is valid for extend rage which is nice. Anyone know if there is a way to get a granted power from feats?

There's also the Berserk (Deities and Demigods, page 201). This 3.0 prestige class has Battle Fury as its hallmark ability, which isn't specifically either rage or frenzy. However, the description for the class uses both terms:

Berserks whip themselves into a battle frenzy, biting their shields and howling like animals. They are ferocious fighters and seemingly insensitive to pain while this madness lasts. Berserks make formidable enemies. In their rage they have even been known to attack the boulders and trees of the forest, and it is not uncommon for them to kill their own people.
