Does Eberron have elemental guns?

Eberron has magic tech and the like, including boats using bound elementals.

Does it have magical guns stated at all ?

No, guns are conspicuously not present in the setting.

I recall fluff suggesting that this is why Eternal Wands were developed; arcane casters are common enough, but are often Magewrights. No or little blasting or their own, but that doesn't stop them from using EWs of Fireball.

I think the adventure Voyage of the Golden Dragon had an airship with some sort of lightning guns filling a role like that of a ballista. Can't remember the details of how they worked.

I'm pretty sure i remember reading somewhere Keith Baker (wrote Eberron) said guns just weren't part of his vision for the setting, but that they were a perfectly acceptable thing to add.
Personally I think the image of line upon line of 'forged musketeers is awesome.

I'm sure there has to be some way of creating a rotating minigun-like weapon where all the barrels are Eternal Wands.
