[3.5]Looking for Specific Race/Template Combo

Hey all,

What's the lowest LA race/template combo that will have both the [Reptilian] and [Dragonblood] subtypes?

In this case, I am looking specifically for race/template combos, and not obtaining the subtypes in other ways (i.e. the Dragontouched feat etc.).

I think you can do this with a Draconic Rilkan, which is LA+1.

Well, Kobold has both subtypes to start with.

Otherwise, try Rilkan or Skarn (Magic of Incarnum) with the Draconic template, LA +1.

There is a Humanoid (Reptilian) race in an article in Dragon 317 entitled Xenophilia, but for the life of me I can't remember the name. No LA if memory serves.

Any [dragonblood] humanoid race can get the [reptilian] subtype via the Chameleon template for LA +1. So with Dragonborn of Bahumat + Chameleon, any humanoid race can be [dragonblood] and [reptilian] for only LA +1.
