Kobold Paragon Editing Error?

Manual Expertise (Ex): A kobold paragon may add their class level as a racial bonus on Craft (trapmaking), Profession (mining), and Search checks.


Is this an edit error, does it seem to let kobolds add more then just the paragon class levels to racial bonus but their entire build ?

No, it only lets you add your class level, not your character level. If you're a level 3 kobold paragon/level 10 rogue, then your kobold paragon class level is 3, and so you'd get +3.

Class level refers to the particular class that grants the ability
Character level refers to ECL (all class levels + LA if any)

Character level refers to ECL (all class levels + LA if any)
Nitpick: "Character Level" doesn't include LA; it's equivalent to "Hit Dice." "Effective Character Level," which is only used for XP calculations (and I guess WBL), does include LA, but it isn't the same thing.
