Thrall of Dwiergus
Of Dwiergus the Chrysalis Prince, little is spoken, for he is a reclusive and ancient being and hides in the deep recesses of the Abyss. An obyrith lord, ancient Dwiergus is a master shaper of flesh and crafter of the various forms of demonkind. Few know his name and fewer still do him homage, for the Chrysalis Prince is a singleminded entity who cares little for followers and offers no certain fate but eventual annexation into his amorphous and maddening form.
The obyrith lord has one objective, it is said: to turn all life into demonkind. In pursuit of this goal, Dwiergus very rarely takes servitors who can spread the twisting of form and propagate chaos and the repudiation of nature. These rare thralls attract the Fleshforger's interest through the touch of true evil and corruption, and are gifted with a warped and horrid form and the ability to share the "gifts" of Dwiergus' transforming touch.

Requirements
To qualify to become a thrall of Dwiergus, a character must fulfill all of the following criteria:
Alignment Chaotic evil
Skills Knowledge (Arcana) 10 ranks, Spellcraft 10 ranks
Feats Thrall to Demon, Willing Deformity
Spells Must be able to cast at least five different spells with the [Evil] descriptor.
Special Must have been subjected to the effects of a Corrupt spell (whether of your own agency or that of another).
Hit Die d8
Class Skills The Thrall of Dwiergus' class skills (and the key ability for each skill) are Balance (Dex), Concentration (Con), Craft (Int), Intimidate (Cha), Knowledge (arcana) (Int), Profession (Wis), Spellcraft (Int), and Tumble (Dex).
Skill Points at Each Level 2 + Int modifier.
Class Features
All of the following are class features of the thrall of Dwiergus prestige class.
Weapon and Armor Proficiency Thralls of Dwiergus gain no additional proficiency in any weapon or armor.
Spells Per Day At 2nd level and each level thereafter, the thrall of Dwiergus gains new spells per day (and spells known, if applicable) as if he had also gained a level in whatever spellcasting class in which he could cast five or more spells with the [Evil] descriptor before adding the prestige class level. He does not, however, gain any other benefit a character of that class would have gained. If the character had more than one spellcasting class in which he could cast five or more spells with the [Evil] descriptor before he became a thrall of Dwiergus, he must decide to which class he adds each level of thrall of Dwiergus for the purpose of determining spells per day.
Abominable Form Newly-made thralls of Dwiergus receive the blessing of the Chrysalis Prince, taking on a twisted form much like their own, only made horrid and terrifying in the sight of lesser beings. A 1st level thrall of Dwiergus gains the Abominable Form feat, and can use the better of his Constitution modifier or Charisma modifier when determining the duration of the shaken condition it applies.
Awe of Madness (Ex) Thralls to obyrith lords do not suffer the normal effects of an obyrith's form of madness ability. What others see as logic-defying, horrifying or otherwise mindbending, these thralls perceive as the great and wondrous light of the sinister truth at the heart of creation. Whenever a thrall of Dwiergus would be exposed to an obyrith's form of madness ability, he instead gains a +2 insight bonus to attack rolls, damage rolls, skill checks and saving throws for 1 hour, during which time he is not affected again by the same obyrith. An obyrith may spend a swift action to force a thrall of Dwiergus to save against the normal effects of its form of madness, though the thrall benefits from his insight bonus on the saving throw even if it came from the same obyrith.
An important aside: Pale Night does not have a form of madness. Thralls of Dwiergus have no special protection from her truth beyond the veil ability and their awe of madness ability does not apply to it.
Oath of Fleshforging (Su) Dwiergus extends certain protections to his thralls in tandem with their new deformities. No mortal magic can permanently affect or fix a thrall of Dwiergus's form. Effects such as polymorphing or petrification force the thrall of Dwiergus into a new shape, but at the start of his next turn he immediately returns to his mutable form as a free action. In addition, when casting a corrupt spell, the thrall of Dwiergus reduces ability damage or ability drain from the spell's corruption cost by 1, to a minimum of 1. Lastly, for each deformity feat a creature has, it takes a cumulative -1 profane penalty to saving throws against your spells and spell-like abilities.
Additional Deformity (Ex) At 2nd level and each level thereafter, the thrall of Dwiergus can select a bonus deformity feat for which he meets the prerequisites. Once every hour as a full-round action, the thrall of Dwiergus can exchange any number of his deformity feats for other deformity feats for which he meets the prerequisites, provided he retains Abominable Form and does not have both Deformity (gaunt) and Deformity (obese) simultaneously. Willing Deformity is not a deformity feat and cannot be exchanged.
Deforming Gift (Su) Beginning at 2nd level, the thrall of Dwiergus can share the blessing of dark transformation with others. As a standard action, the thrall of Dwiergus can grant a deformity feat to another creature within 30 feet to whom he has line of sight and line of effect, even if that creature does not meet the prerequisites. This feat lasts for as long as the thrall of Dwiergus wishes, though he cannot sustain more gifts than he has levels in this class. The thrall of Dwiergus can grant multiple deformity feats to the same creature or share them out among many. He may even gift another creature deformity feats which he does not himself possess or provide one creature with both Deformity (gaunt) and Deformity (obese). A creature unwilling to receive the deforming gift may make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + thrall of Dwiergus' character level + thrall of Dwiergus' Cha modifier) to resist deformation. A successful save prevents a new deformation attempt against that creature for 24 hours, though current deformations remain.
A creature with five deformity feats received in this way must make a Fortitude save at the start of each day (DC 20 + 1 per day) or lose each of those feats and transform into a chaos beast permanently. Only wish or miracle can reverse this transformation. A deformity feat given in this fashion can be removed via remove curse or restoration with a successful caster level check against DC 10 + thrall of Dwiergus' class level + thrall of Dwiergus' Cha modifier. Greater restoration removes all deformity feats given through this ability without requiring a caster level check.
Creatures immune to polymorph and similar transformation effects cannot be affected by this ability.
Corporeal Instability (Sp) At 3rd level, a thrall of Dwiergus is capable of channeling the touch of the Chrysalis Prince. Once per day, he may use corporeal instabilityPlH as a caster of his character level. The save DC is Charisma-based. At 5th level, the thrall of Dwiergus may use this ability a second time each day.
Malign Spell Focus At 4th level, the thrall of Dwiergus gains the Malign Spell FocusBoVD feat.
Cocoon (Su) At 5th level, the thrall of Dwiergus can bestow the Chrysalis Prince's ultimate gift upon one whose flesh has already begun the sculpting process. Upon gifting a creature with its fifth deformity feat (counting any deformity feats it has obtained on its own or from other thralls of Dwiergus), the thrall of Dwiergus may offer it the chance to be transformed into a demon. This ability functions as the temptation effect of the atonement spell, requiring the subject to remain present for 1 hour as the thrall of Dwiergus enrobes it in a cocoon of the Chrysalis Prince's silk and slime. When the cocoon is complete, the subject may choose whether or not to transform into a demon. No duress, compulsion, or magical influence can force the subject to take advantage of the opportunity offered if it is unwilling to transform. If the subject decides to transform, it enters a comatose state for a further 1d4 hours as the cocoon fuses with it. During this time, a wish or miracle can rupture the cocoon and restore the subject to normal. At the end of this period, the subject loses all deformity feats and permanently transforms into a tanar'ri of a type whose CR is no more than half the subject's prior HD plus its Charisma modifier (rounded up). The subject is a standard member of that tanar'ri species with only a vague memory of the creature it once was. A creature that interrupts the forming of the cocoon or refuses to transform once the cocoon is complete is freed from this ability and must immediately make a saving throw to avoid transforming into a chaos beast if it has five or more deformity feats given to it through the deforming gift ability.
Deformity Feats
Deformity feats represent some horrid twisting of the body's natural state that result in abberant, extraordinary abilities at the cost of becoming misshapen and warped. These feats have appeared in multiple sources, but only in Elder Evils were any specifically classified as deformity feats. The following are all feats with the [Deformity] descriptor for the purpose of a thrall of Dwiergus. Special notes are provided for certain feats below.

Unlisted feats that have Willing Deformity as a prerequisite are considered deformity feats for the purposes of this class.
Hollow Hunger
This horrid disease is a result of the unnatural fusion of deforming gauntness and deforming obesity. The unfortunate victim's flesh slackens as muscle atrophies and fat remains, weighing down limbs and causing skin to hang loose and low off the bone. Even as the victim's ribs show plainly through thinned skin, its gut spills out profusely as though unchecked by natural restraints.
Infection Special. Hollow hunger is a disease obtained through possessing both the Deformity (gaunt) and Deformity (obese) feats simultaneously.
DC 20
Incubation 1d6 days
Damage 2d4 Str*, 1d6 Dex*, 1d4 Con, 1d6 Cha
Hollow hunger comes on slowly, beginning with the horrid rosy pallor of the flesh, which grows an unhealthy pink where it is heaviest and is almost bleach-white where it droops. Muscle visibly shrinks and softens, and the bones of the limbs become more and more visible as flesh slips from its moorings. The afflicted becomes consumed with a terrible hunger, as though a cavernous void within the victim requires filling. A victim of hollow hunger who fails to eat at least four times the normal amount of food on a given day suffers an additional 1 point of Constitution damage. The sufferer is always treated as though starving (it must make a Constitution check each day (DC 10, +1 for each previous check) or take 1d6 points of nonlethal damage). Successful saves do not allow the character to recover; only the removal of one or both deformity feats will end the affliction.
*When damaged, the character must succeed at a second saving throw or 1 point of temporary damage is permanent drain instead.
