I only really know about systems other than D&D 4e, but this issue might come up elsewhere.

When you are homebrewing a pantheon, what do you do about the deity-specific feats and paragon paths? Do you just reassign them to the new deities, or create a whole new set of options?

I looked through the pantheons in FRPG and EPG and reassigned the feats to my own homebrew deities. It's worked pretty well so far; haven't had to change any of the mechanics, just the fluff.
