Need a class, Full BAB+Full sneak attack progression

As the title said, I am looking for a class that gets full BAB and full sneak attack progression. Ideally with as many other goodies as possible, but those two things are core...

This Fighter variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#fighter) gives you the same sneak attack progression as a Rogue gets in exchange for all the Fighter bonus feats. You still qualify for the Weapon Specialization feat tree due to having Fighter class levels. Most will mix the Thug variant (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#fighterVariantThug) with that as well. Both are originally from Unearthed Arcana.

You could look at the Sneak Attack Fighter (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#fighter).

If you want other goodies, the Zhentarim Fighter (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/we/20060327a) substitution levels are a free boost. The same goes for the dead levels update (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/cwc/20061013a).

In fact if you use all these variants there is still room for either Thug (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#fighterVariantThug) or Hit-and-Run Fighter (Drow of the Underdark).

There are probably a few prcs out there which are also full bab and which have sneak attack progression. One that I like and that complements the above fighter nicely is the Scarlet Corsair (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20050805b).

Be careful though with PrCs some only advance the sneak attack of rogues (and select other classes)

The sneak attack fighter explicitly states that they can be combined.

"Some fighters prefer stealth and cunning over martial skill. This variant can also be combined with the thug variant. "

Daring Outlaw + Swashbuckler/Rogue will give you a mostly full BAB with full sneak attack.

BlackGuards have full bab, and a delayed sneak attack (3d6 over 10 levels) but they also get spells and other goodies might be something to think about if you are a bad person. :smallsmile:

I believe the Rokugan Ninja fits the bill, too, although that's obviously a 3rd party class. Fairly popular, though.

Aside from Rokugan Ninja and the Sneak Attack Fighter, PF gives us the Bounty Hunter (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/3rd-party-classes/tripod-machine/bounty-hunter). 3rd party, though.
Star Wars d20 had a Bounty Hunter prestige class that could be easily ported into D&D, as well.

Why? Full BAB plus 3-4 Feats is enough to give you a ton of damage, 1d6 Sneak Attack is all you need to qualify for Staggering Strike and Craven.

Nightsong Enforcer (CAdv) fits the bill. Dread Commando (HoB) and Ghost-Faced Killer (CAdv) come close, but they have Sudden Strike rather than Sneak Attack. Highland Stalker (CAdv) similarly has Skirmish.

The Ronin, from Complete Warrior, doesn't quite have full SA, but it has 4d6 over 10 levels, including the first level. Might be worth a 1-level dip. They also get a nice charge-related ability and a couple of limited-list bonus feats, if you stick with it.
