This could be a very easy question to answer: can you duplicate a 3.5's Favored Soul using PF's Oracle's class features? It would only need three things: Weapon Focus/Specialization (so, +hit and +dmg), Energy Resistance (10+) against three elements and flight (preferably permanent and with wings). From a quick glance I could find a way to at least fly for some time per day, but that was it. So, can it be done?

EDIT: Oh, forgot that Favored Souls also get DR. So that's four things.

Yes and no.
No one Mystery will give you all of those, but that's what Spells are for!

A few Mysteries offer Flight, but only of the "Level=Minutes" variety. So you'd have to use Spells, or one of the Races that can Fly (Strix as-is, or Aasimar with Feats).

Likewise, Aasimar, Tieflings and Suli (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/uncommon-races/arg-suli) all have Resist 5 to 3 elements (Suli gets a 4th).

The Elemental themed Mysteries can get you Immunity to an Element, but only to one Element.
Also, since Oracles are CHA based, Eldritch Heritage (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/eldritch-heritage) is an option.
Stealing from Celestial Bloodline (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/bloodlines/bloodlines-from-paizo/celestial-bloodline) can get you Acid/Cold resist 10.
Starsoul (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/bloodlines/bloodlines-from-paizo/starsoul-bloodline) will net you Fire/Cold resist 5.
Stormborn is good for Electricity/Sonic resist 5.
And the various Elemental themed Bloodlines (including Elemental (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/sorcerer/bloodlines/bloodlines-from-paizo/elemental-bloodline)) can get you the Resist 20 of your choice.

Battle Oracle (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle/mysteries/paizo---oracle-mysteries/battle) gets you Weapon Focus, Greater Weapon Focus, and Improved Critical with the weapon of your choice, and offers DR 10/Adamantine a couple times per day. Also grants a bonus on Initiative, and has a limited use version of Pounce (Surprising Charge).

Metal also offers DR 10/Adamantine, a few others offer DR 5/(slash, pierce, or blunt).

So, I'd go with an Aasimar Battle Oracle (minimum level 11)
Notable Feats: Angelic Flesh (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/angelic-flesh-aasimar) Angel Wings (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/arg-feats/angel-wings-aasimar), Improved Eldritch Heritage.
Mystery Bonuses: Weapon Focus, Greater Focus, Improved Critical
DR 10/Adamantine 2/day with 10-Minute/level duration.
Aasimar gets Acid/Cold/Electicity Resist 5. Angelic Flesh can grant an additional Fire Resist 5.
The Imp. Eldritch Heritage can replace one of those with Resist 20 (if replacing 'Fire' then we don't need Angelic Flesh), or it can upgrade Acid/Cold to Resist 10 each.

Anything still lacking can EASILY be made up for with spells.

Let's see, not familiar with Favored Soul but, an Aasimar (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/races/other-races/featured-races/arg-aasimar) Oracle (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle) of Battle (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/oracle/mysteries/paizo---oracle-mysteries/battle) would be the closest I can think of.

Aasimar gain Energy resistance 5 to 3 different elements, and a host of other options (Swapping Daylight SLA for fire/sonic resist or SR.)

Skill at Arms and Weapon Mastery net you weapon skills, though you don't get Weapon Specialization. Still there are more ways to stack on the damage instead of Weapon Specialization. (Like Performance Combat feats, Spells, Power Attack)

Iron Skin at level 11 nets you some DR (Ironskin), limited in duration and uses but you may not need more than 1 or 2 times a day, it is free though.

If you don't like that, I'd recommend an Invulnerable Rager (Barbarian) dip and Adamantine Armour as they stack. If you drop 2 levels in you can also snag Surprise Accuracy and if you take the Lame Curse you can rage cycle at the level 4O/2B mark and use it as a bonus to hit whenever you need it.

Aasimar have a number of racial feats, one Angel Wings, gives you a Flight speed at level 10(11), not great, but still unlimited flight. You can also gain a pair of wing buffet attacks as well further down the chain.

Also Battle Oracles gain Righteous Might (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/r/righteous-might) at level 10 as a bonus spell, which combines a higher strength Enlarge Person with an alignment based DR.
Also Divine Power (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/d/divine-power) is a excellent buff to hit and damage for a melee build caster, a staple of my half-orc Witchdoctor Luchador along with Transformation.

There's other stuff that may do it, but this is the first that came to mind.

The planar oracle archetype gets you one elemental resistance and DR 10/magic (though the latter only at 20), black-blooded (which is compatible) gets you cold resistance.

Mysteries - Wind can give winged flight and electricity resistance. Outer Rifts can give winged flight and DR 5/cold iron. Flame can give fiery wings and fire resist. Heavens can give (wingless) flight and DR. Ancestors, Battle, Metal & Wood all give combat bonuses and some sort of DR I think.

All oracle mysteries give flight about 1 min/level. (That is, of those which give flight at all.)

Some races can give you flight; Sylphs and Aasimar can do so indefinitely at the cost of a couple of feats, Strix don't need a feat. Sylphs and Aasimar also get an energy resistance tho' only 5.

Put it together and the closest is to pick one of the mysteries which give DR and combat bonuses, pick Sylph or Aasimar as the race and spend the feats, and the planar oracle and black blooded archetypes. One of your energy resistances will be only 5, another will eventually be 20, and cold will be an immunity from level 15. If you play an aasimar you may have an extra energy resist 5 or so.
