parrying shield- You gain your shield bonus (and the shield's enhancement bonus, if any) as an addition to your touch AC.

shield ward- You apply your shield bonus to your touch AC, and on checks or rolls to resist bull rush, disarm, grapple, overrun, or trip attempts against you.

which is better?

Shield Ward. But it needs a prerequisite feat called Shield Specialization. If you really only ever need the bonus to your touch AC, and practically never have to make grapple, bull rush, disarm and other such checks, then Parrying Shield is more than enough.

Shield Ward appears better since it adds to touch AC and other places.

I am so sick of seeing swordsage lol one says ad ac to touch and one says you get your shield bonus to ac, what is your shields bonus? that be same as its ac right? making these two feats near identical

A shield always give its shield bonus to your AC. But touch attacks ignore the shield bonus to your AC (as well as the natural armor bonus and the armor bonus). Which makes shields completely useless against any touch attack, like most of those ray spells, touch attacks to initiate a grapple or a trip attempt, or those inflict wounds spells, and any such attacks.

Those two feats make it that the shield bonus is still counted towards your AC against touch attacks.

Shield Ward also gives additional benefits, for the price of needing a prerequisite.
