It should be mis-, not miss. As in, typing that was wrong, otherwise known as a typographical error or just typo.

19-29 is 11 numbers, so 8-29 sounds about right.

It's too bad you can't PA with light weapons. Other bonuses and thinks like Prismatic would proc often. Kaorti Resin would be the ideal material for that x4 crit.
