How can I report a user for an inappropriate name?

A new user has joined the boards, but has decided to call themselves "PunchinyourNuts (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/member.php?u=79986)". While I am, of course, glad to have a growing community, taking that name is both crude and forum-inappropriate. What can be done about someone with an inappropriate name?

What I've done in the past when reporting somebody for something specific to them rather than a post or thread they've made, is simply report a post of theirs and explained the situation. I've done this for inappropriate avatars and signature violations, mostly. I think this is what the mods recommended, but it's been so long since I've seen a comment to that effect that I forget. You could also just PM a mod, I suppose.

Sheriff: Yes, just report any post by that poster and note: "not the post, [insert reason for report]." Or, PM a mod, if say, you can't find such a post.
