Mercury dragon is a very nice monster, and it's bad that its only official conversion to third edition in Dragons of Faerun was rather strange and very, very buggy. And then I started to play Pathfinder and decided to convert the dragon to this system, using the Monster Mayhem article (https://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/mm/20040103a) and Monstrous Manual entry (http://www.dotd.com/mm/MM00072.htm). Here is what I have at the moment:

Mercury dragon
CG dragon (fire)
CR 3; Size Tiny; Hit Dice 3d12
Speed 60 ft
Natural Armor +2; Breath Weapon line, 2d8 fire

Str 11, Dex 18, Con 13, Int 10, Wis 11, Cha 10

Brilliance (Ex)
As a standard action, a young or older mercury dragon can use the mirror-bright membranes of its wings to reflect and concentrate available light into a beam of dazzling brightness. To use this power, the dragon needs light as bright as an overcast day or clear, moonlight night. Torchlight or candle light is insufficient.
The power creates a thin beam the dragon can aim at a single target within 30 feet per age category of the dragon. The target is blinded for 1d4+1 rounds unless it makes a Reflex save (DC 10 + 1/2 the dragon's Hit Dice, + the dragon's Dexterity modifier). If not using this technique as a weapon, the dragon can create a cone of light as bright as a daylight spell up to 60 feet long per age category of the dragon. The cone lasts 3 rounds.

Protected Sight (Ex)
A mercury dragon is immune to any effect that would blind or dazzle it. It also gains +3 racial bonus on saving throws against any light or pattern effect.
Upon reaching the young age mercury dragon gains 50% chance of not rolling the saving throw against gaze attacks, as if averting his eyes.

Fast Flight (Ex)
A very young or older mercury dragon is treated as one size category larger when determining his fly speed.

Change Shape (Su)
An adult or older mercury dragon can assume any animal or humanoid form three times per day as if using polymorph.

Spell-Like Abilities (Sp)
A mercury dragon gains the following spell-like abilities, usable at will upon reaching the listed age category.
Very young — light;
Juvenile — mirror image;
Adult — daylight;
Old — telekinesis;
Ancient — project image;
Great wyrm — scintillating pattern.

Spellcasting starts from young age.
(the dragon uses standard PF rules for True Dragon age progression)

I miss special abilities on juvenile, (possibly) adult, old, ancient and great wyrm stages. Also spell-like abilities on very young, adult and great wyrm stages can be reworked. Any other advice can be helpful too.
