Earliest possible access to Fast Healing?

This comes from a discussion on the Dreamscarred forums about a Vitalist interaction, and wording thereof.
What are the ways in which a Vitalist can acquire Fast Healing or Regeneration on themself (IE, with an empty collective) as early as possible, and how quickly can those come online? Everything from the standard to the highly theoretical, I suppose.

First thing to come to mind, Troll-blooded can get you Regeneration 1/Fire or Acid from level 1.

At level one, Dragon Shamans can get an aura that grants fast healing 1, but only up to half health.

Party pooling together for wands of lesser vigor.

The Infernal Healing spell is level 1 and lasts for 10 rounds; UMD it.

Necropolitan with the Evolved Undead template gets an always-on version by ECL 3.

Alternatively, so does the Feral template at ECL 2.
