Movie SPAM Threads that seem to stick around

OK, we all know the movie spammers plague these boards, and the Mods are usually quite prompt in removing the offending posts, and banning the spammers.

But every now and then, I'll see a spam thread that has been around for several days. I know that the post has been reported (since I was one of probably many to report it!), but still hasn't been removed.

One example is the post in the Webcomics thread has the title:

"Consequently, to a limited extent, there are numerous forms of the story encompassi"

then promptly spews its SPAM all over the place. This thread was posted on the 5th of September, it is now the 9th (Republic of Korea time zone).

Is there an issue with the reporting feature, or has this one been missed or assumed deleted?

Sheriff: Sometimes they get missed. The search feature being down makes spam disposal a more manual process than usual. Just report them and ignore them. They'll fall off the page eventually anyway.
