Does anyone know if someone has made a half race template version for 4e or a formula for creating hybrids like one would for classes?

Not that I'm aware of, no. Closest I can think of are the Half-Elf, Half-Orc, and Mul (Half-Dwarf) races.

No, there is not. Templates don't exist in 4E.

We have a Half-Drow/Half-Eladrin in our group, fluff-wise. The DM allowed the player to replace one of the two Drow racials with a weaker Fey Step and pick one skill bonus from both races.

No, there is not. Templates don't exist in 4E.

I know. I mean does anyone know any HomeBrew templates or build ideas for half-races.
