Gestalt Duskblade//Archivist

One of my players is looking to play a Duskblade//Archivist. He would be able to channel touch spells from his Archivist list, correct?

Arcane Channeling reads "Beginning at 3rd level, you can a standard action to cast any touch spell that you know and deliver the spell through your weapon with a melee attack..." [Empasis mine] Nothing says that it has to be a Duskblade spell or, despite the name, an arcane spell.

Edit: I also checked the errata and nothing was changed.

It seems pretty clear to me, but I wanted to check before allowing it.

Yes, Arcane Channeling is arcane only in name. It works with any touch spell regardless of arcane or divine.

Be sure he gets some sort of reach such as a spiked chain, Whirlwind Attack or a Whirling weapon (MIC), and Irresistible Dance (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/irresistibleDance.htm) via the Divine Bard (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/variant/classes/variantCharacterClasses.htm#bardVariantDivineBard) list as a 6th level spell, so at level 13 he can channel it into a full attack with whirlwind attack.
