Question About Poisonous Creatures

Hey All:

When a poisonous creature attacks you in 3.5, can it stack multiple instances of its poison on you with multiple attacks?

If so, how do you resolve this?

"Each instance of poisoning damages a poisoned creature separately. In the case of poisons that have nondamaging effects, those effects don’t stack, but each one runs for its full duration." RC 109
