Was there an errata for this that is 'hidden in the archives' ? Kinda like expedition to demonpits or something was. Cause DM thinks the feat of Double Hit has the 'once per round' errata.

As to your specific issue, no, there is no errata limiting the benefit of the Double Hit feat to once per round.

Your DM's memory may be playing tricks. There's Miniatures Handbook errata in the PDF document here (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/files/dnd_mi_errata.pdf), and Double Hit is not referenced. The online feat index here (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/lists/feats) shows only one source for Double Hit.
