Am sorry seems some confusion has been set in , when I said assasin like casting, I did not mean +1 Arcane Progression, I literally meant, PRC's that have assassin like casting, where it has its own spell list and everything like that.

Indeed. It's like a whole separate term and everything. Anyways, I'll start us off, I guess. There's Blackguard, Runescarred Berserker and Champion of Gwynharwyf, off the top of my head.

It progresses casting but doesn't grant casting though. Unless there's another version of the Spellsword other than the one in Complete Warrior.

Oh, I read the original post of 'partial casting' as being just that, partial casting progression, not 'granting casting'.

But many, many PrCs for them are. And it's not partial casting, it's full casting in 10 levels tops. Beholder Mage/Abjurant champion? Yes please.
Especially when you can be a BM without being an actual beholder. There was a trick to it, but I promptly forgot it. :smallbiggrin:
