Grafting without being the maker?

So most grafting takes into account you being the maker and magical person doing all the work, one problem I have with that, is that am not , am just the one on the slab getting a little nip tuck .


Are their any special tricks for a non wizard recipients of all these wonderful body parts, to cheapen the cost or put them on themselves ?

If you can find a fiend of corruption and are willing to be corrupted, you can get fiendish grafts for free. (You'll probably have to sign away your soul somewhere down the line though)
