So the Katori as listed in the fiend folio has
str 7 dex 13 con 11 int 14 wis 11 cha 16
with skills of
Concentration 5 , craft any two 7, heal +13, intimidate +8 , knowledge arcana +7 , knowledge the planes +7 , spellcraft +9 while deciphering a scroll is +11 , survival +5 or +7 on other planes , use magical device +7 or+9 on scrolls.
Now most of these do follow the normal rules of someone that had two outsider levels (5 + ability bonus ) and the race has a +8 listed for heal as a racial bonus. The only problem is what I should list the bonus on spellcraft , survival, and the two bonuses for scrolls?
+2 survival if not on native plane?
+2 on spellcraft , and +2 on interactions dealing with scrolls?
