The army of Tau vehicles, battlesuits, and soldiers march and drive towards the rally point at the edge of town, gathering momentum as it goes. The Tau at the head of the army, Shas'O Nukular, looks back at his army, and smiles. He and his warriors were planetside. He stops, and his warriors stop as well. He turns, tuning his comlink to the main channel, permitting him to speak to all of his warriors at once. Veteran warriors of the Crimson Raiders! Today, you stand on a new world. A new planet. A place to be called your home. Let it be known that this place is all of that, and more! We will not conquer it in the name of the Greater Good. Such a deed cannot be accomplished. Instead, we will live among the locals and earn our keep as mercenaries, and bounty hunters. Now, all of you, to work! I want a standard class-nine fortress established immediately. The many warriors immediately begin, with orbital drop pods landing nearby, carrying the neccessary supplies to begin construction, and drop-cranes landing, carrying smaller structures like houses and offices. Vehicles and battlesuits establish defensive perimeters, and drones begin construction. This place is the new home of the Crimson Raiders mercenary band.

The fortress has been established, and already, multiple anti-infantry and anti-vehicle turrets have been erected in the surrounding area. A small spaceport is inside the fortress, and 24 troop carriers and a pair of dropships are already docked in it. Excellent, excellent. All according to plan. Nukular headed for town, leaving his lesser officers in charge of the area.

Nukular headed up to the fortress gates, Gutbok in tow.
I am back, Shas'Vre Ilaoyu!
The Shas'O has returned! Open the gates!
The gates opened, and Nukular entered the camp.

This is one nice place you have here.

Gutbok looks around with amazement.

But I am tired now, I will look around tomorow, can I find a place to sleep here?

((I really have to go, sorry. I'll catch you tommorow morning))

Sure, you can sleep in the barracks. I'm headed back to town.

And that he did.

Gutbok wakes up in the barracks. Nukular is not in sight, so he decides to look around a little. He snoops around the base, when a couple of Tau NPCs stop him.

You are in a restricted area without guidance, leave at once.

So Gutbok makes an angry face and heads for town.

Several Tau troops construct a sign in place of the old one, replacing the name 'Crimson Raiders' with 'Blackout Raiders.'
Why does the commander always change the name?
Who knows, and more importantly, who cares? All I know is we get to shoot stuff.
