Like almost everyone in this section, I have a homebrewed gaming system (Point System Gaming) (https://sites.google.com/site/pointsystemgaming/psg-core-rules/faq/character-generation-guide)- a project that has spanned nearly 10 years. Recently however, I have placed most of the gaming system on-line – free of course. Because my friends and I have developed this system from the ground up, we can generate characters without much help; this is not the case with others new to the system. Go figure.

Anyway, I just finished a simple Character Generation Overview for the system, but am having trouble deciding on a character sheet. Everyone in our group keeps good records, but they do it in their own way.

Of the following options, which would you prefer for character sheets?

1. Simple printable PDF with lots of space for notes.
2. MS Excel document with some dropdowns and charts built in.
3. MS Access database, where a GM can input, maintain, and print character sheets. This option of course, would have the most dropdowns and built in assistance to aid in character generation.

Thanks in advance;
