"Item Crafter/Construct Cohort 3.5"

So, I was thinking about taking leadership in this campaign I'm in to get a cohort that could craft constructs for me, however I was wondering if there was a way to have to cohort make the constructs then bind them to me.

I am playing a warlock in this campaign
