We've all seen Red vs Blue. And we have all seen Order of the Stick(naturally.). Which RvB/OOTS characters are similar to eachother?

The obvious:
Church=Elan
Or maybe thog, depending on how you see it.

Well, O'Malley's obviously Xykon's equal. :)

I don't know much about RvB, only seen just a bit... but wasn't there like an Elite, who only one of the people could understand?

Maybe that could be Thog?

Edit: Oh and Sarge = Roy? Maybe?

Well, it was an alien. Y'see, RvB isn't really based on Halo's storyline. In fact, the only indication that Halo even exists is a quick reference to Master Chief and the Covenant in the first episode.

Ahh, that explains a lot then...

Suddenly I have the urge to play Halo, anyone with me?

Edit: Well instead of just posting again, I'll edit this post.

I can't really get into RvB because to do that I'd need to watch every episode, starting from one, which I plan to do eventually.

I'd say Elan=Caboose
Thog=Donut
Belkar=Sarge

Well, I'm guessing the Redcloak=Lopez part is due to the fact that they are both the straight man to the stereotypically maniacal villains (O'Malley and Xykon) and tend to suffer somewhat due to that.

Point. I think that Nale=Sarge. Their both leaders, and have a tendency to come up with plans that are bound to fail. The only real difference is that Nale automatically assumes he's smarter, but that the plan is not the smartest he can come up with. Sarge automatically assumes that his plan can't fail, regardless of all the obvious flaws.

"Thog=Donut"

Donut wears heavy armor and kills people. His armor is pink.

Thog kills people and likes puppies and sings spice girls songs.

I don't know about that, but I'm beginning to see it.

Since when have we all seen RvB? I stay ten feet away from it at all times, for example.

Haley=Tex

At least that's the closest connection I can think of for either of the characters.

I haven't even heard of it :elan:

I had to look it up. And I am sorry I did. Let my mistake be a lesson for others - don't do it, kid.

Just because you dislike it, doesn't mean everyone else dislikes it as well.

It's not comey gold but it's still pretty funny.

Pompey=Tucker.

Church=Roy, due to both being the leaders of their team and are often pissed off at their team, particularly...

Caboose=Elan, as both are essentially the dimwit of the team (though Caboose is much dumber) and piss off their leaders, whom they look up to.

Tex would be a combination of Belkar's viciousness and Haley's greed.

O'Malley would be Xykon due to both being the stereotypical Maniacal Villains and both have ambitions to rule/destroy the world or crap like that.

Redcloak would be Lopez as both are helpers/Straight Men to the villains and often suffer for it.

And that's all I can think of...
