New question appears. If you are a character with wild shape ability (druid, MoMF, Shifter) and have some templates that makes you stronger (Wild (DM#306) or Feral (SS)), whether their bonuses to work in a new form ? I mean, if i transform for example in brown bear, i would have physical stats of brown bear or wild/feral-brown bear (with improved stats) ?

The current, post-errata version of Wild Shape (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/classes/druid.htm#wildShape) works like Alternate Form (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#alternateForm). You get to keep all the special qualities of your original form, such as darkvision, fast healing, damage reduction, spell resistance, etc. You lose all the extraordinary special attacks of your original form that you didn't get from class levels, such as pounce, rake, improved grab, etc. You also lose the physical ability scores, natural weapons, natural armor, and movement modes of your original form.

You cannot take the form of a creature with a template, so even if your original form has the Feral template, you don't get to wild shape into an animal with the Feral template.
