The title sums it up nicely. I'm curious as to whether or not the Pierce Magical Concealment feat applies against supernatural effects that grant the target concealment, such as a Pixie's invisibility.

No.

"Your fierce contempt for magic allows you to disregard the miss chance granted by spells or spell-like abilities such as..."

A Pixie's Invisibility works as the condition (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/conditionSummary.htm#invisible), not the spell, and since it's not a spell or spell-like ability Pierce Magical Concealment does not allow you to ignore it.

Ah. That's what I had assumed at first, but I found the final clause in the feat description...

Your ability to ignore the miss chance granted by magical concealment doesn't grant you any ability to ignore nonmagical concealment (so you would still have a 20% miss chance against an invisible creature hiding in fog, for example).

...to be somewhat misleading. Thanks for clearing that up.

The pixie's invisibility is classified as Su...

SRD:

Supernatural abilities are magical and go away in an antimagic field but are not subject to spell resistance, counterspells or to being dispelled by dispel magic.

Pretty clear cut that you would see through it.

Edit: Biff is right lol... Missed that in the spell description
