PF a Spell Caster who Specializes in killing other Spellcasters

Tell me how to do this. Because I don't know. I want a Wizard or Spell Caster who specializes in killing other spell casters. He doesn't care about anything else then showing his magical might is greater then theirs.

Depends. How high is the op level of the intended targets and in what level range? Do you specifically want a wizard or will any caster work so we can play with what's strongest at a given level?

I would prefer a wizard but any caster will do. I prefer to do it with arcane. The idea of winning a Wizard's duel. Assume level 5 to 15

Feeblemind sucks. A lot. As does stuff which requires a Fortsave, like Baleful Polymorph. At lower levels, Glitterdust is useful for blinding targets, no targeting you.

Dispelling is your friend.

Low to mid level preferring wizard? Focused specialist conjurer trading his familiar away for abrupt jaunt.

Abrupt jaunt says you get to just immediately teleport several feet in response to things because immediate actions can interrupt. You also get this once per round with no wasted spell slots.:smallcool:

You'll get a kick out of spells like planar binding for hilarious preparation and free spells in the form of SLAs. You'll also enjoy anything that limits the actions of your opponent and offers as few ways to counter as possible. The cloud and fog lines are great for this as is black tentacles before freedom of movement items come online. Also every wizard should have flight and teleportation in spades. Even you. Especially you. Also spontaneous divination. There is no greater power in a duel than having learned everything about your opponent the night before with your leftover spellslots. This also obviates and ambush or scry and die tactics if done properly.

Counterspell specialist. (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/core-classes/wizard/arcane-schools/paizo---arcane-schools/classic-arcane-schools/abjuration/counterspell) Free Improved Counterspell, one immediate-action counterspell per day, and a touch-attack that interferes with the target's casting for several rounds. It doesn't (directly) do much to help you kill other casters, but it certainly proves your magical superiority if the other guy needs your permission to use magic.
