Hello Playground,
I like Binders, and I like the vestiges in ToM. I just want more, especially some that I can more appropriately re-fluff to fit on some NPCs I'm cooking up. Does anyone have any experience with 3rd party or homebrew vestiges that are fun and balanced?

Vox, The Faceless Shadow (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=37802). A 2nd level vestige that grants stealth abilities.

Stuff I know about, but haven't read in detail:

More Epic Vestiges (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=299687). Exactly what it says on the tin.

So far as I know, the only other vestige in a WotC-official published book is Ashardalon, from Dragon Magic, but it sucks. There are some official ones found online in various places, though, and Zcerryl in particular is generally regarded as amazing (it gives you Summon Monster at will, as the highest-level spell available to a sorcerer of your level).
