Fighting - From the Inside

I have no idea how fighting a monster from the inside would work.

Let's say a little gnome is temporarily immune to damage but is swallowed whole by a big monster. Inside this monsters tummy the gnome has 5 rounds to do whatever it wants to. Doing this it sets up its grenades and bombs then blow them up.

This is an example, but lets say they wanna use weapons.. Or something else.

How would one fight a monster from inside a monster?

The Swallow Whole (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/specialAbilities.htm#swallowWhole) is pretty staightfoward about it. You're grappled and the insides have their own AC.

It's vitals are all right there before you, not even a layer of skin/scales/hide to pierce through first. And it can't see you, so it's flatfooted against all your attacks. :smallcool:

Don't forget Staggering Strike so that each sharp jab to its innards gives it pause.
