Best picks for mantle of spells?

Building a Dweomerkeeper I might be rolling into a campaign soon. Using Dweomerkeeper to advance wizard casting. No, I won't be wishing every encounter to death. Mantle of spells seems like a really solid ability, so I wanted to get some opinions from people on the forums what the best spells to put into it are. Going CC 1/Wiz 5 lets me get in at 7th without shenanigans, so that gives me:
1 1-3rd level spell
1 1-4th level spell
1 1-5th level spell
1 1-6th level spell
1 1-7th level spell

I was thinking:
3rd: Dispel Magic, but that doesn't scale well
4th: Dimension Door or Assay SR(Although spontaneous div. can cover that)
5th: Teleport
6th: Greater Dispel Magic
7th: Unsure

Is it worth delaying levels in Dweomerkeeper until later to get higher level spells into my mantle? Any other thoughts on spells to pick?

It's not about Wishing being that powerful to insta-win encounters, it's about it's utility.

For the 7th level, Limited Wish makes a great contingency plan. Or Plane Shift-- an emergency escape button for yourself and a save-or-lose against your foes.
