Is there some way to add the druid spell list to your own in a way similar to the rainbow servant's capstone or like levels in prestige bard/paladin/ranger? How about other lists, such as shugenja? If I have levels in chameleon with levels in geomancer (for spell versatility), is there any way to make those spells count as arcane for the purposes of learning via the spell-to-power erudite? Is there some way to store the spell as it's being cast that you could learn from, so it counts as arcane, maybe?

A wizard might be able to prepare divine spells for the purpose of scribing a scroll with them if he learns them from a scroll. The rules aren't clear on exactly what spells a wizard can prepare from his spellbook. The only problem is that it's not clear what spells a wizard can prepare from his spellbook.

Spell Versatility does not change the nature of an arcane or divine spell, so no, it wouldn't allow you to give a StP Erudite your druid spells.

Scroll scribing, like any other magic item creation, requires casting of the spell. Even if a wizard can scribe a divine spell, he can't cast it, so he can't make a scroll of it.

Any individual spell can be had, though, via prestige classes such as Wyrm Wizard.

A dragon with the Child of Eberron Sovereign Archetype (Dragons of Eberron, p30) can cast Druid spells as arcane spells, essentially adding them to your sorcerer class list if you are a dragon.

Now, for shugenja and all the other fiddly too-good-to-play-by-other-classes'-spell-list classes...

Isn't the general solution to play as an archivist since they can get spells from any divine spell casting class and arguably from any spell casting class by abusing the scribe scroll feat?

Wyrm Wizard has Spell Research

Spell Research (Ex): One of the greatest advantages that you gain from consulting draconic lore is the ability to unlock magical secrets forbidden to other wizards. Starting at 2nd level, select one spell from any class's spell list (including divine spells), of a level equal to or lower than the highest-level arcane spell you can prepare and cast. You can add this spell to your arcane spellcasting class spell list as a spell of the same level; all other aspects of the spell remain unchanged. At every even-numbered level thereafter, you gain the knowledge and use of one additional spell in this manner.

It can make any spell in the game Arcane (and from any list that you want) and then your Erudite can make it a power, at which point Psychic Chiguery can give it to your regular Psion.

Playing a Spell to Power Erudite is for losers, that is what your Cohort/Similcarum/Ice Assassin/peon/minion is for.

A Psion can easily end up with every single spell and power in the entire game on his Powers Known list and do so at no permanent cost.

Way too slow. Nabbing a few dozen instances of Extra Spell (using Magic Mantle to qualify) would be far, far faster.

No unique powers per day limit, and with a 10th level metamind's brain eaten, I also get font of power. :smallwink:
