Can any feats or spells affect SU Abilities?

I know this is very vague, and that SU can be many things, but it seems to be in a bit of a dead end.

What can affect/boost/enhance SU abilities?

The binder part of Tome of Magic has several metamagic-like feats for SU (vestige-granted stuff is all SU). Though likely not what you're looking for, some of the shadowcaster stuff does affect SU; the feats there affect mysteries, which may be spells, SLA, or SU.

There are a bunch that work to boost breath weapons. Fairly specific though.

Ability Focus works with most of them.

ToM has some "Meta-Su" abilities in the Binder section.

Specific types (like Hexes or Breath Weapons) can have their own set of related feats as well.
