One hour delay between posting and subscription notification.

I seem to have some kind of trouble with my subscriptions, specifically I'm having huge delays between the posting and when I receive the notification to my e-mail.

For example I just got a notification at 10:25 AM for a post that was made at 9:30; I am sure this is not normal, but since I just recently changed the e-mail tied to my account (previous one was hacked or something) I'm having doubts.

I'm having exactly the same problem: I just got notice of a post from 9:46. I haven't changed my email address, so it's not that.

I wouldn't be surprised if the subscription notifications, especially instant email-based ones, were delayed a bit so the servers only need to check every hour or so as opposed to constantly.

Email subscriptions and things are processed once per hour.
