Creatures with DR/magic that have natural weapons have their natural weapons treated as magical for overcoming the DR of other creatures, but does this allow them to attack incorporeal undead as if the weapon were magical?

No - otherwise the Tarrasque would have no problem with Allips. It's only treated as magic for DR purposes, it isn't actually magic.

This ability is called Magic Strike btw (RC 101.)
