Looking for a Prestige class

Are there any prestige classes other than Dragonslayer that advance arcane casting(at least at its 1st level) and give all martial weapon proficiencys? Doesn't have to be full bab.

The only one I can think of is Ruathar from RotWild. Unfortunately, that only gives you an elf weapon to choose from;


Weapon and Armor Proficiency: You receive Martial Weapon Proficiency as a bonus feat. You can choose the longsword, rapier, longbow (including composite longbow), or shortbow (including composite shortbow). Other than that, you gain no proficiency with any type of weapon, armor, or shield.

Not sure if that will work for you though.
